At Portal Inc., we are committed to enhancing the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through our Employment Services, adult day service program and social recreation department. These vital programs provide a safe and nurturing environment where participants can learn, grow, and thrive. However, we need your support to continue making a meaningful impact in their lives. We have compiled a wish list of items that would greatly benefit our programs and help us better meet the needs of our participants.

Items on our Wish List, include: 

Art Supplies: From paintbrushes to canvases, art supplies inspire creativity and self-expression among our participants. With your help, we can give them the tools they need to unleash their artistic talents.

Outdoor Equipment: Our recreation department offers a variety of outdoor activities, but we are in need of updated equipment such as sports gear, picnic tables, and gardening tools. These items would enable us to create inclusive and engaging outdoor experiences for everyone to enjoy.

Technology: In today's digital age, access to technology is essential for learning and socialization. Laptops, tablets, and adaptive technology devices would empower our participants to develop essential skills and connect with others in new and exciting ways.

Sensory Materials: Many individuals with disabilities benefit from sensory stimulation to regulate their emotions and enhance their overall well-being. Items such as sensory toys, fidget tools, and calming sensory rooms would provide them with a therapeutic outlet to reduce stress and anxiety.

Transportation Assistance: Reliable transportation is crucial for our participants to access our programs and activities. Donations towards transportation costs or the purchase of a wheelchair-accessible van would ensure that everyone has equal opportunities to participate and engage in our services.
