Portal, inc. assists transitioning students and their families in thinking about life after high school, identifying their goals, and planning their community experiences and involvement.
By starting this process early, students gain the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals. Our transition process empowers students to successfully move from school to employment and community participation based on their interests, preferences, and abilities. Employment opportunities are available after school and during the summer. We collaborate with local high schools across Ozaukee County to bring students together for community and social opportunities, while also building essential life skills with our experienced staff. |
