The goal is to EMPOWER people with disabilities to successfully meet their GOALS towards personal & economic INDEPENDENCE.  
Coaching and Mentoring:  At Portal Inc Employment Services, we are dedicated to inclusivity and support for individuals with disabilities. Our team of job coaches and mentors provides on-site training and assistance to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Through personalized guidance and support, our job coaches cultivate natural supports within the workplace, empowering individuals to achieve independence in their roles.
Vocational Assessments:  At Portal Inc Employment Services, we prioritize inclusivity and tailor our approach to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Our comprehensive and interactive assessments delve deep into each individual's readiness for specific employment opportunities. We go the extra mile to identify relevant resources and provide personalized recommendations, ensuring each person is equipped with a solid plan to successfully enter the workforce.
Job Development: At Portal Inc Employment Services, our specialized team of employment specialists are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their career goals. Through personalized support, we guide individuals in job placement, finding the most suitable positions for each individual.  Additionally, we facilitate connections with employers who are interested in providing job shadows or permanent positions specifically tailored to accommodate the unique abilities of individual.
