Community and Adult Day Services
This person-centered programming assists adults needing a higher level of support to develop daily living and social skills; build and maintain physical and emotional health; contribute to the strength of the community and actively participate in community activities. Many engaging and meaningful activities are offered to meet the needs, goals and personal interests of those we serve, including academic-based and skill building activities, exercise groups, snack preparation and cooking, volunteering, Art Applause, to name a few. A blended program combining adult life activities with employment soft skills, education, leisure and social focus is also offered.

Friendly animal visits are welcomed with approved qualifications. Advanced arrangements can be made with our Adult Day Services or Recreation Managers.

Sage, a Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort Dog, owned by Concordia University Wisconsin, visits us regularly. Everyone looks forward to his visits!
