Sage, a Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort Dog, owned by Concordia University Wisconsin, came to visit us in September.
We all enjoyed getting to know him! |
Community Integration
As a community-based program, on average 60% of the program day occurs outside of our building walls. This community integration increases social development. Volunteerism is of particular interest and connects us with and allows us to give back to our communities. Volunteering takes place through Meals on Wheels, the Volunteer Center, Family Sharing of Ozaukee County and the Grafton Chamber of Commerce, to name a few..
